Both courses are certified as to accuracy of total length by Athletics Canada and each is comprised of an out eastbound and back westbound route along the Thousand Islands Parkway. The River Club's purpose is to encourage youth in need of purpose, growth and hope, who would not otherwise have opportunities to be on the river.
